Amber Healing Farm - Present

Jean is now working and embracing the Amber Healing Farm, she is qualified practitioner in Reconnection with people and animal healing, a liquid crystal practitioner and a master in Reiki healing with a view that has always been to share the magnificence of the farm.

Jean says, stay a while, come singly, or as a couple or bring the entire family. Come and enjoy an organic ploughman's lunch watching the tide change on the river, much of what is produced on the farm. Also delicious morning and afternoon teas with organic teas and coffee.

She has combined her skills in food medicine and healing practices and is now working and sharing the farm with guests and their pets staying with her at the farm. By the way not everyone brings there furry family.

Everyday is a joyful experience Jean gets to meet people with their human and furry families. Jean also has guests on their way up north, moving or participating in horse events and need a safe haven for the night. Plenty of stories to be told around the dinner table and of course Jean's little pocket pony, Poppet, keeps an eye on their much loved horse.

Little Poppet has no fear in telling a large horse whose farm it is, but she is happy to share her big stable and yard and goes over for a sleepover at the alpaca shed.

Being on property, we all share our space with native animals alike,so far all the creatures that have visited the farm have remained respectful of their space along with very kind owners.

Up at North Haven beach guests take their horse for a ride, enjoying the sand, wind and sea or ride on the other side of Amber Healing Farm in the bush.

Kevin the cat has decided to sleep in the sun on the deck whilst visits go on. He keeps one eye open just in case.

Jean makes meat and vegetable and herb rolls for animals needing meals while they are here, they have been well received.

For Jean they are all connected, learning from each other respect, care and compassion.
