Harvest Moon Dinner

A delicious organic vegetarian Harvest Moon Dinner served on the banks of the beautiful Stingray Creek. Open fires, starters on arrival then platters of hand milled tarts, vegetable rolls, warm salads and handmade flatbreads with basil oil. Jugs of homemade sparkling apple juice. A selection of handmade puddings for dessert finished with cream. Organic teas and coffee BYO alcohol and esky. Live folk music by Ken.

17th September
Traditional Handmade Soap Workshop

Traditional handmade soap workshop where you learn to make your own soaps and also to take one home made especially by you. 10.00 till 4.00 pm at the Amber Healing Farm cost is $95.00 with everything you need to make soap and you will be served morning afternoon tea and lunch.

15th October
Traditional Navajo Dinner

The Mountain River Drums will be hosting a drum workshop form 9.30 till 4pm bring a plate of lunch to share.

Our dinner begins at 5.30 finishing at 10.00pm. We will be serving Traditional Navajo fare. Plenty of griddle cakes, hot pots of bean chilies and vegetable fresh greens, hand baked corn bread and stone-ground biscuits etc. Pots of herbal tea and coffee.

The girls from The Mountain River Drums will be playing drums, flutes and chanting with you through the night.

The river will be lit up with the moon and the open fires. This dinner is one of the lead up events to Tastings of the Hastings in Port Macquarie. Ancient basket weaving with the fabulous Jennie

We will supply weaving natural leaf but you may like to add your personal touch by bringing shells beads etc. This workshop comes with morning afternoonn teas and lunch. 9am til 3pm

10th December
Provincial Gypsy BBQ Seafood Dinner Evening

Set in amongst the trees by the river serenaded by a Spanish guitarist. Eat fresh seafood straight off the BBQ along with seafood paella whole baked fish, selection of sweets and homemade ice-cream
